Every jewellery by DM is created from the finest materials available and each piece is guaranteed 1 year against defects in materials or workmanship. If our products do NOT conform to this guarantee, DM shall repair or replace the defective product.

This one year warranty is void if the article of jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

The determination between expected or normal wear&tear versus an actual defect is made at the sole discretion of DM. 

Proof of purchase with date from our stores or online is required.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, the features, specifications and details of the products. However we do not guarantee that your electronic display will accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the product.

All our products are made to order, so please expect 3–6 weeks for shipping. We will keep you informed once your order has shipped, providing tracking and shipment details.

As delivery is handled by a third party, DM is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or deliveries deemed impossible. However, all DM products are insured for their full value upon shipping, with the cost of insurance included in the shipping fee.

Once payment is made, the order is final. Since each product is made to order and may be personalized, you have 48 hours to update details such as size or stone selection. However, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

You have the option to check out as a guest or register an account. Additionally, we offer a 10% promotional discount for all new customers.

Silver Care

• Remove your jewelry when in wet environments (e.g., swimming, showering, washing).
• Avoid contact with chemical products, including perfumes, lotions, and household cleaners.
• Keep away from rough surfaces to prevent scratches.
• Do not expose your jewelry to extreme temperatures.
• Store your jewelry separately in a dry environment and clean it only with a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid water and moisture at all costs. DM jewelry is not designed to be worn in water or wet environments, as exposure can compromise its visual appeal and functionality.
• Chlorine, salt water, lotions, colognes, and household cleaning products can damage the antique oxidized finish applied to silver.
• Do not use dipping or polishing solutions, as they will remove the finish.

Care for Stones & Precious Stones

• Avoid scratching, knocking, or dropping them, as they can break, crack, or chip upon impact.
• Keep them away from water.

DM reserves the right to evaluate, repair and replace any warranty issue that may arise. Any repairs needed and not deemed by DM to be a defect in manufacturing will be done with a fee. The fee is based on the cost of materials plus labor and will be quoted prior to beginning any work or incurring any charges.

Shipping with insurance to our office is on you, return postage will be covered by us.
